Limahlstore Returns Policy
The majority of the items on the store are bespoke items. This means they are created by our third party supplier specifically for your order. Due to the fact these items are fulfilled very quickly and created 'just for you', we are unable to accept returns on these items for 'change of mind' type reasons. This would also include items such as CDs with a personal message to you.
If you find your item has arrived damaged, please contact us with a photo and description of the fault so we can investigate with our supplier or the postal services.
Non Bespoke Items
For items such as signed CDs (non personalised), please contact us to discuss returns.
